I get the urge to separate the equation into sub factors, but I can't see how Improve navigation and Minimize problems don't collapse in a single factor: basically just navigation. What might I be missing?

Funny you thought the same- I was very close to keeping navigation vs true want, but knowing some great hustlers (navigators) who tend to be constantly solving problems that don't have to exist, I thought it was worth separating the ability to tackle individual problems and the ability to reduce many problems to begin with.
